Make a frame with Halftone Filter

  1. Open up pic and unlock background
  2. Make a new layer and fill with white
  3. Use the retangular marquee to make selection of where photo will show:
  4. Fill with black and deselect
  5. Use Guassian Blur to blur the edge of the black rectangle
  6. Select Filter, Pixelate, Halftone (All channels to 45 and size to 50)
  7. Change blending mode to screen
  8. Select the frame with magic wand
  9. Make a new layer and fill with colour/gradient of your choice
  10. Use the layer style palette to adjust the settings/look of your frame
